LivPro's Two Foundational Principles

Where is our data stored?
In the EU: on servers in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg), encrypted at rest and in transit, with encrypted backups in a second German data centre (Falkenstein). See our Data Processing Agreement for the full list of sub-processors.
Does LivPro use AI, and can we turn it off?
LivPro's AI features (drafting a process or workstream from a description, suggesting to-dos) run only when a user asks for them. Your data is not used to train AI models, and AI can be switched off for your whole firm.
What happens to our data if we stop using LivPro?
It is kept for 90 days after your access ends, so you can return or export it, then permanently deleted. Your firm's owners are emailed 7 days before deletion.
